0.333 cup Pure Coconut Coconutmilk
0.333 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
2 tbsp Peanut Butter

  1. Grate fresh ginger to 2 tbs

  2. Combine remaining incgredients

  3. Simmer over heat until it thickens (2-4 minutes)

  4. Serve warm
