A very yummy Asian-style marinade that's great for chicken or steak. You can boil it down after marinating the meat to make a great sauce. Take out fake out!

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Ginger Marinade

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, grated
1/2 teaspoon pepper, ground

Recipe Directions for Asian Ginger Marinade

Combine all ingredients, and marinate meat for at least two hours, or up to overnight.
