85 g scallops
5 ml olive oil,
5 g lime juice
2 g lemon peel
1 garlic clove
2 g fennel seeds
100 g Pak-choi
1/2 yellow pepper

Recipe Directions for asian flavour scallops

  1. pan fry scallops in olive oil

  2. add the lime juice lemon peel and pak-choi with the crushed garlic and fennell seeds and cook untill all veg wilted.Serve immediatly.
