0.75 cup Quinoa
1.5 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
1 serving Nakano Seasoned Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Marmalade
2 tsp Pure Sesame Oil
3 tsp Ginger Root
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 cup, chopped Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
1 cup Shredded Carrots
0.13 medium head Red Cabbage
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1.55 oz Cilantro leaves
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for asian flavored quinoa salad

  1. Cook quinoa in broth according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile make dressing: whisk together vinegar, marmalad, oil ginger and set aside in a small bowl.

  3. Mix thoroughly peas, pepper, carrots onions, cilantro and cabbage and dressing in a bowl with the quinoa. garnish with toasted sesame seeds
