Delicious asian flavored couscous

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Flavored Couscous

1/2 cup whole wheat couscous
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 clove garlic
2 green onions
1/4 cup red pepper
1/4 cup mushroom

Recipe Directions for Asian Flavored Couscous

Cook the vegetables(eccept green onions) in pan with garlic and ginger untill softenned, add soy sauce rice vinegar and sugar let cook for a minute, add couscous and broth remove from heat let set then fluff with fork and add green onions.
