A flavorful, low-calorie dressing for steamed vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Dressing

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon mustard (hot Chinese)
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 teaspoon mirin
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil (mild flavor)

Recipe Directions for Asian Dressing

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients, shake until mixed

  2. Add balance of ingredients and mix until blended

  3. Use to dress steamed broccoli or cabbage, served hot or room temperature
