This tangy dressing is reminiscent of a Thai peanut dressing sauce. optional red chili peppers flakes give it a nice kick.

Recipe Ingredients for Asian dressing

84 about 3 oz or 1/3 cup soft silken tofu
1/4 cup miso (Japanese) (Yellow golden or white)
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbs lime juice
2 tbs water
2 tbs low sodium soy sauce
2 tbs Reduced Fat Creamy
2 tbs pickled ginger (Japanese)
1 tbs Honey
1 1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 1/2 tsp Red Chili Pepper (optional)
1 1/2 tsp garlic
2 tbs minced scallions (green and white parts)
2 tbs cilantro (fresh and chopped)

Recipe Directions for Asian dressing

  1. Blend all ingredient (except scallions and cilantro) together until smooth.

  2. Blend in the scallions and cilantro.
