Recipe Ingredients for Asian Cucumber Salad

1 seedless cucumber
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Recipe Directions for Asian Cucumber Salad

  1. Peel and cut the cucumber in half, lengthwise.

  2. Slice into half-moons and transfer to a bowl.

  3. In a separate small dish, whisk together the sesame oil and seasoned rice vinegar into a dressing.

  4. Drizzle the dressing over the sliced cucumber and toss.

  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
