8 oz dried rice noodles
2 red bell peppers
4 c broccoli florets
24 oz chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Asian Cilantro-Peanut Pesto w/ Chicken & Broccoli

  1. Soak noodles in boiling water for 10 mins

  2. Wile the noodles are soaking, steam the red peppers and broccoli in a steamer for 6 mins. Drain the noodles, toss with the pesto, steamed vegetables and chicken until thoroughly combined and serve
