Recipe Ingredients for Asian Chicken and Vegetable stir fry

8 oz fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 red bell pepper
450 g frozen stir fry vegetables
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon green onion

Recipe Directions for Asian Chicken and Vegetable stir fry

  1. Pour small amount of wok oil in a wok over high heat

  2. Add diced chicken and sear until cooked, also add garlic powder

  3. Cut zucchini, yellow squash, and red bell pepper

  4. Add frozen vegetables to wok stir and let cook for a few minutes

  5. Add cut zucchini, squash, and bell pepper, let cook for a few minutes

  6. Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, ginger, white pepper, more garlic if you like, rice vinegar, and green onion; pour over vegetables and chicken and toss together. Let cook for a few mintues until veggies are cooked through.

  7. Take off heat serve and enjoy. Also, can garnish with sesame seeds.
