4 cups stir-fry vegetables, frozen
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes to taste
