Fresh veggies and chicken tenders in a mildly hot sauce. Quick and easy and really yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Chicken Tenders Stir-Fry

16 oz Chicken
8 oz Carrots, Baby
16 oz Cauliflower
4 oz Peppers, Sweet, Red
7 oz Onions
3 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
6 serving Simply Asian General Tsao stir-fry sauce

Recipe Directions for Asian Chicken Tenders Stir-Fry

Cut veggies to your favorite size and shape...I like long and skinny. Cut the tenders into long strips. I steamed the carrots first (a whole bag, measuring out 8 oz for the recipe, saving the rest for another meal). I stir-fry with a tablespoon of olive oil in two separate pans so everything can be cooking at the same time (veggies in one, onions and chicken in another) then combine them into one pan to receive the package of sauce. This sauce is high in sodium, and I made this '4 serving' packet into a '6 serving' to reduce it a bit. Sure is nice when you're pressed for time though!
