Chicken and veg type stir fry...add hot curry powder as an alternative to taste

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Chicken Stir-fry

240 g chicken breast
5 shiitake mushrooms
1/2 medium onion
4 asparagus spears
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup of water

Recipe Directions for Asian Chicken Stir-fry

  1. Fry chicken breast after cutting into strips until cooked.

  2. Whilst this is cooking chop the asparagus spears into 1 inch long pieces (approx), chop the onion and slice the mushrooms.

  3. When the chicken appears cooked, add rest of the ingredients to the pan and cook until tender.

  4. Serve on a bed of spinach...or alternatively any salad leaves
