Recipe Ingredients for Asian Chicken Spaghetti Stirfry

3 green onions, sliced
1 T fresh grated ginger
1 tsp oil
1 lb ground chicken
14 oz. cauliflower, broccoli and cabbage, shredded
16 oz. chicken broth
1/3 cup Peanut Sauce
1/3 cup sweet and sour sauce
16 oz. whole wheat spaghetti, cooked

Recipe Directions for Asian Chicken Spaghetti Stirfry

  1. Stirfry the green onions and grated ginger in the oil in a large wok. Remove from the pan and save.

  2. Crumble the ground white meat chicken in the wok and cook til no longer pink. Add the rainbow slaw mix ( shredded cauliflower, broccoli, red cabbage mixture) and stirfry 3-4 minutes.

  3. Add broth and sauces ( I use Kikkoman stirfry sauce instead of sweet and sour with the peanut sauce)and cook over medium heat 8-10 minutes till veggies are tender crisp.

  4. Return green onion, ginger mixture to the wok and toss with cooked whole wheat spaghetti. Remove from heat and allow flavors to blend 5 minutes. Toss to moisten and serve.
