Recipe Ingredients for Asian Chicken Salad - Side

1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. canola oil
9 c. lettuce
3 c. red bell pepper, julianne
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
6 c. chicken, shredded

Recipe Directions for Asian Chicken Salad - Side

  1. For dressing: Mix dry mustard with 1 tsp. water. Wisk in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and vinegar. Slowly wisk in the oils until emulsified.

  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, bell pepper, green onions and chicken.

  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss.

  4. Serve with cashews or peanuts, and crunchy chow mein noodles
