Recipe Ingredients for Asian chicken salad

6 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 cup Shredded Carrots
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 serving Green Onions
6 grams Parsley
1.5 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
6 serving Lime Juice
0.13 cup Apple Juice From Concentrate
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Asian chicken salad

  1. Mix main body (shred chicken). Mix dressing separately. Add dressing right before serving.

  2. You could add shredded cabbage, broccoli, or edema me. (1cup)
