Recipe Ingredients for Asian Chicken and Pasta Salad

2 cups bok choy, chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup frozen peas
8 ounces linguine
1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried ginger
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
3/4 pound chicken breast tenders, chopped

Recipe Directions for Asian Chicken and Pasta Salad

  1. Cook chicken in small amount of sesame oil until cooked through.

  2. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  3. Combine hoisan, rice vinager, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in large bowl.

  4. Cook bok choy, carrots, and peas in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain. Rinse and drain well.

  5. Add chicken, cooked pasta, and bok choy mixture to sauce.

  6. Toss gently and serve chilled or at room temp.
