Great Tasting quick meal in one skillet

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Chicken and Noodles

1 1/4 lb boneless chicken breast
6 oz (2 packages) noodles, ramen Oriental flavored, broken up
2 cups frozen vegetable, oriental style
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp (sweet) chili sauce

Recipe Directions for Asian Chicken and Noodles

  1. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch pieces.

  2. Brown chicken in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken in not pink, breaking up into 3/4 inch curmbles. Remove chhicken with slotted spoon. Season with one seasoning packet from the nodles. Pour off drippings.

  3. Place noodles in skillet. Add vegetable mixture, 2 cups water, ginger and remaining seasoning packet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

  4. Return chicken to skillet; add chili sauce, heat through. Stir in green onion.
