One of my staples, great for fiber

Recipe Ingredients for Asian/ Carribean Slaw

1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/4 c cilantro, chopped
1 t ginger, minced
1 t garlic, minced
1 T soy sauce
1 t sriracha
1 T peanut butter
2 T vinegar
1 t sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Asian/ Carribean Slaw

Mix all ingredients and then put over cabbage and mix well. Even better the next day.
