Recipe Ingredients for Asian Cabbage Stir-Fry

1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp soy sauce
20 grams celery, sliced thin
30 grams carrots, julianned
8 grams garlic, finely chopped
40 grams red pepper, julianned
30 grams yellow pepper, julianned
40 grams sugar snap peas
60 grams mushrooms, shitake
5 grams ginger
30 grams bean sprouts
55 grams green cabbage, shredded
10 grams green onion

Recipe Directions for Asian Cabbage Stir-Fry

  1. Mix together sesame oil, vinegar, lime juice, and soy sauce in a small glass or bowl. Set aside. If you would like a little heat in this, add 1 tsp Sriracha.

  2. Saute celery, carrots, and garlic over medium heat.

  3. After about 2 minutes, add in peppers, peas, and mushrooms.

  4. After about 2 more minutes, add in bean sprouts, cabbage, onion, ginger, and sauce.

  5. Stir fry for about a minute or two until heated through. Serve immediately.
