Recipe Ingredients for Asian Big Bowl

3/4 pound cabbage
1 head bok choy
64 oz g) Joubere Organic Chicken Stock
20 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 4/5 ounce Ramen noodles
1 tbsp rice cooking wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 scallions

Recipe Directions for Asian Big Bowl

  1. Thinly slice the cabbage and bok choy.

  2. Pour chicken stock into med. pot and simmer over med. heat. Add chicken, carrots, cabbage, and bok choy. Simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Add the ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet) and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in mirin rice cooking wine and soy sauce.

  4. Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced scallions.
