Asian Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Yummy ...top sirloin, top round or top loin will do as well as flank steak. The secret is to cut the beef about 1/4 inch wide and about 1 inch long. This site does not recognize low sodium soy sauce!

Recipe Ingredients for Asian Beef Stir Fry

8 ounces uncooked spaghetti (ccoked)
16 ounces lean beef (flank steak sliced into thin strips)
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium onion (sliced)
4 stalks of celery (sliced)
1 cup snow pea pods
8 ounces bean sprouts
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 small sliced red bell pepper
1 small sliced green bell pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce (lite)

Recipe Directions for Asian Beef Stir Fry

Prepare spaghetti and while it is cooking, cut the meet into thin slices about 1 inch long. Coat skillet with cooking spray and sauted red pepper flakes and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add steak strips and cook t desired doneness (only a few minutes for well-done). Remove steak from skillet and set aside. Lightly recoat the skillet with cooking spray and then stir fry vegetables. Add bean sprouts and cook for two more minutes. Then add steak back and then spaghetti and lit soy sauce. Divide into four portions and serve.
