A simple, low calorie, meal for dinner or lunch. This asian style tocco is a must eat. Left overs are great for next day lunches.

Recipe Ingredients for Asian beef lettus Wraps with hoison sauce

1 1/2 lb Extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup diced carrot
3/4 cup red bell pepper
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp black bean sauce
12 Boston lettuce leaves
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Asian beef lettus Wraps with hoison sauce

  1. In a wok or large skillet heat at medium and add oil.

  2. Add vegetables and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

  3. Brown beef and drain fat, add garlic and ginger and mix together.

  4. Add vegetables to beef and stir untill well mixed and simmer for 3 minutes.

  5. Wash and seperate lettus leaves and place on plate. Add beef mixture on top, wrap leaf and enjoy.

  6. For extra flavor add 1/2 tsp hoison sauce on top of beef wrap. (diluted with water half and half)
