Recipe Ingredients for Asian Baked Chicken Breast

16 oz chicken breast
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped

Recipe Directions for Asian Baked Chicken Breast

  1. In a small baking pan, place onion, cilantro and garlic.

  2. Wash chicken and place in pan. Drizzle soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar over chicken.

  3. Spoon the liquid over the chicken for even coverage.

  4. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes (skineless, boneless) or 50 minutes (skinless with bone).
