1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties
2 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
1 serving omaggio extra virgin olive oil
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Ash's Squash, Zucchini, Red Potato Bake

Wash and then cut the squash, zucchini and red potatoes very thin. Arrange in layers on baking sheet. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and cayanne. Drizzle with half tablespoon of olive oil. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 45 minutes for until tender.
