Makes 1 serving

NO added sugars! All natural, vegan fruit smoothie. Your taste buds and body will thank you. And it can easily substitute a meal and keep you full for hours!

Recipe Ingredients for Ashley's ultimate fruit smoothie

1 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

Recipe Directions for Ashley's ultimate fruit smoothie

  1. Place one cup orange juice ( it can be pre made, freshly squeezed or from concentrate. Whichever way you like) into blender.

  2. Place one whole banana,( Ripe is better. It gives it a sweeter taste and better consistancy. But not too ripe or it makes it way too sweet) and both the strawberries and raspberries in the blender. (I like to use frozen strawberries and raspberries to make the smoothie cool without having to use ice and water down the smoothie)

  3. BLEND!

  4. Enjoy!
