Ashley's Loveable Tasty Everything Salad. Salad with amazing flavor, Low Calorie! Vegetarian & Vegan. No Dressing needed!

Recipe Ingredients for Ashley's Everything Salad

305 g of lettuce
85 g of baby carrots
269 g of Field Greens
188 g of tomato
28 g of sliced green olives
8 g of jalapeno peppers
127 g of onion

Recipe Directions for Ashley's Everything Salad

  1. Get a food scale and a large sealable bowl.

  2. Place bowl on food scale and set scale to zero (or if ur scale doesnt do that write down the grams of the bowl)

  3. Put the Entire bag of Doles Field Greens Salad and the entire bag of Doles lettuce into the bowl. Check scale and set to zero.

  4. Place 85 grams of chopped baby carrot into the bowl. Set scale to 0.

  5. Put 188 grams of chopped tomato into the bowl. Set scale to 0.

  6. Put 28 grams of chopped green olives into the bowl. Set scale to zero.

  7. Put 8 grams of chopped Jalapeņo peppers into the bowl. Set scale to 0.

  8. Put 127 grams of minced (very well chopped) onion into the bowl. Set scale to zero.

  9. Put lid on container / bowl tightly, Shake like a mad woman/man (the container, not you).

  10. You can add pepper to taste, or allow your guest to put it on individually.
