Recipe Ingredients for Ashley's Banana Molasses Ginger Bread

1 c butter
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
4 raw eggs
1/2 c molasses
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 c apple sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
6 large bananas
3 c flour

Recipe Directions for Ashley's Banana Molasses Ginger Bread

Cream butter & sugars; add eggs, vanilla, molasses & mix well. Add mashed bananas and apple sauce & mix well. Sift together flour, salt & baking soda, then mix until incorporated. Pour into greased mini loaf pans. Bake 325 for 35 mins or until just cooked through.
