Recipe Ingredients for Ashley Kragenbring

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar, granulated
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 large egg WHITES
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Ashley Kragenbring

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Lighly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup;level with a knife. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.

  3. Beat butter and brown sugar with a mixer at meduim speed until light and fluffy; gradually add granulated sugar, beating well. Add cocoa and egg whites, beating well. Gradually add flour mix, beating until blended. Stir in choc. chips.

  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart onto baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool on pans 2 min. or until firm.
