Recipe Ingredients for Asaparagus and Mushroom Quiche

1 lb asparagus (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
2 eggs
2 cups reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp mustard
8 reduced fat crescent rolls
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 cup fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for Asaparagus and Mushroom Quiche

Divide crescent rolls into eight sections and pat into pie plate or quiche dish. Spread bottom with mustard. Saute cut asparagus, mushrooms, and onion in butter until asparagus is tender crisp. Slightly beat eggs and add pepper, sage, oregano, and parsley, stir in shredded cheese. Add aparagus mixture and pour into crust. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before slicing.
