Recipe Ingredients for Arugula & Shrimp Salad

45 g arugula
5 shrimps (boiled, leftover)
2 tbsp grated parmesan
25 g onion
4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Arugula & Shrimp Salad

  1. Coarsely chop arugula and onion.

  2. Cut shrimps in bite-size pieces.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, tossing so that balsamic goes everywhere.

  4. Serve chilled.
