Recipe Ingredients for Arugula Salad

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp 100% lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 salt and pepper
30 g shallot, finely chopped
5 oz baby arugula

Recipe Directions for Arugula Salad

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, honey, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper; stir in the shallot.

  2. Add the arugula and toss to coat. Serve immediately
