A light, fruity and refreshing summery salad with peppery arugula

Recipe Ingredients for Arugula Salad

6 cups Organic Baby Arugula Clamshell
1 cup Blackberries
2 oz Pecans, Dry Roasted
1 serving Creme de Cassis (Liquor)
1 serving White Balsamic Vinegar
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Arugula Salad

  1. Place arugula on serving plates, top with berries and toasted pecans.

  2. Wisk together balsamic vinegar, cassis and EVOO and pour over plates.

  3. Serve immediately.
