4 cups arugula
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 fruit+2-3/8"+dia lemon
5 radish
1/2 cucumber
12 Serving cherry tomato
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
2 oz Parmigiano Reggiano

Recipe Directions for Arugula Salad with Olive Oil, Lemon, and Parmesan Cheese

  1. Cut up vegetables and place in a large serving bowl with the arugula.

  2. Drizzle the salad with the oil, squeeze in the lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss until well mixed and taste for seasoning.
