Recipe Ingredients for Arugula Pesto

5 cups arugula
1/4 cup walnuts, toasted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan, grated

Recipe Directions for Arugula Pesto

  1. Toast walnuts in dry skillet

  2. In food processor, add garlic and walnuts and pulse a couple of times.

  3. Add arugula and pulse a couple of time or until all arugula leaves are finely chopped.

  4. While food processor is running, add the olive oil.

  5. While food processor is running, add the parmesean cheese.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
