Recipe Ingredients for Arugula Penne with golden raisins and pine nuts

10 oz arugala
1 pepper jalapeno
3 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves
2 oz fat free feta
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tbsp pine nuts
8 oz penne pasta

Recipe Directions for Arugula Penne with golden raisins and pine nuts

  1. Cook pasta as directed and drain.

  2. Toast pine nuts in dry pan and remove. Add olive oil and garlic and bless the garlic. Add arugula and minced jalapeno to the pan and cook until wilted. Add back pine nuts and raisins. Add pasta and toss with feta.
