1.5 inch cube Cheese
6 olives Large Pitted Olives
1 serving persian cucumber
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 serving Trader Joe's President's Reserve EVOO
0.5 tbsp Manuka Honey
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black

  2. Dressing: whisk 1 tsp of honey with the juice of 1 meyer lemon and slowly whisk in the olive oil. adjust to taste and S&P to taste
