Recipe Ingredients for Arugala Gremolatta

2 cups minced lettuce, Arugala
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice, fresh
1 1/2 tbsp almonds, chopped
1 tbsp onion, grated
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper, yellow, minced
1/4 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Arugala Gremolatta

Make a pasted from the garlic and salt. In a small saute pan combine 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, onion, lemon zest, salt, sugar and almonds. Saute for a minute to mellow onion & garlic and melt sugar. Cool. In a bowl combine Arugala, oil combination, lemon juice and raw oil. Let sit at room temperature for 1/2 hour to "marry".
