0.165 cup Spelt Berries
0.165 cup Spelt Berries

Recipe Directions for Art's Healthy Cooked Grains

  1. Add all the grains to a cooking pot.

  2. Fill with 4-5 cups of water.

  3. Heat until mixture boils and then simmer until grains are cooked but not mush.

  4. Cool. Fluff with a fork. Store in fridge or freezer.
