Recipe is supposed to make 4 - 1 lb loaves. I am assuming 8 servings per loaf

Recipe Ingredients for Artisian Bread in 5 Minutes a day

6 1/2 cups unbleached flour
2 1/2 T yeast
3 T salt
3 cup water

Recipe Directions for Artisian Bread in 5 Minutes a day

  1. Warm water to 100 degrees

  2. Add yeast and salt

  3. Stir in flour all at once

  4. Let rise until doubled 2-5 hours

  5. Refrig until needed

  6. Take 1 lb dough and make into ball

  7. Let rest 40 minutes

  8. Bake on preheated stone 40 minutes in 450 degree oven. Add 1 cup water to preheated pan when loaf is put on stone.
