In my opinion, this is the best way to eat raw artichokes

Recipe Ingredients for Artichokes Salad

3 artichokes
2 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Artichokes Salad

  1. Cut away the stems, all the external leaves until leaves and the extremities of the leaves, leaving only the soft part.

  2. Put the artichokes into water and lemon juice to prevent them to become black.

  3. Cut the artichokes into very thin slices.

  4. Pour olive oil and spread with parmesan cheese.
