Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Topping

8 pieces Artichoke Hearts
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 clove Garlic
1/4 cup, whole Almonds

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Topping

  1. In food processor, pluses almonds, then add garlic, basil and sun dried tomatoes, pluse for 15 seconds.

  2. Add artichokes and olive oil pluse till chucky about 30 seconds.

  3. Serve as dip with bread or pita chips, or serve over chicken or with pasta. When adding to pasta save some of the pasta water(1/2 to 1 cup) to create a broth.
