4 ounces provolone cheese
4 ounces feta
4 ounces fat free cream cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces frozen artichoke hearts
10 ounces frozen spinach
2 garlic cloves
12 ounces tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Artichoke, spinach and feta

  1. Mix cheese mixture

  2. stuff manacotti

  3. Pour Emeril

  4. Top with 1/2 of provolone

  5. Bake 375
