Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Spinach Dip in a Slow Cooker

16 oz neufchatel cheese (I used cream cheese)
1/2 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise (I used regular mayo)
4 tbsp fat-free skim milk
28 oz artichoke hearts, without oil, chopped
10 oz chopped frozen spinach
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Spinach Dip in a Slow Cooker

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise and milk until smooth. Stir in the artichokes, spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add mozzarella and place in 3 quart crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours. Serve with chips and crackers.
