Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Spinach Dip

12 oz Artichoke
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
6 oz Mayonnaise Dressing With Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 oz Green Chili Peppers
12 oz Frozen Spinach
1 cup, shredded Swiss Cheese

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Spinach Dip

  1. 12.5 ounces marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  2. 1 C grated Parmesan

  3. 3/4 C Mayonnaise

  4. 4 green onions, sliced

  5. 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained

  6. 1 pkg (10-12 oz) frozen chopped spinach - thawed and squeezed dry

  7. 1 C shredded Swiss cheese

  8. Above in large bowl & mixed well

  9. If using hollowed round - cut removed bread into 1 in cubes & broil for 2-3 minutes or until golden, stirring once

  10. Hollowed round on un-greased baking sheet, spoon dip into bread shell & bake,uncovered, for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
