Artichoke and Spinach Dip, 1 serving=2 Tbsp

Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke and Spinach Dip

14 oz. artichokes, drained
1/2 c. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. mozzarella

Recipe Directions for Artichoke and Spinach Dip

  1. Put spinach and artichokes into food processor and chop.

  2. Mix together mayo and next 5 ingredients together. Add spinach/artichoke mixture to cheese mixture.

  3. Put into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top. Bake at 350 F for 20 min. or golden brown on top.

  4. Serve w/ tortilla chips or toasted bread. Works well for sandwich spread too.
