Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Spinach Dip

30 ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
42 ounce artichokes, drained and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced or garlic powder
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups monterey jack cheese, grated
16 ounce cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounce canned mushrooms
