Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Spaghetti Sauce

1 Can Artichoke
14 oz Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper and Onion
14.001 oz Diced Tomatoes
0.5 cup Tomatoes, Sun-dried
0.5 cup Sundried Tomato Pesto
0.5 serving low sodium low fat chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Add both cans of tomatoes and chicken broth to large pan.

  2. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Add artichokes and sundried pesto.

  4. Simmer for 15 minutes.

  5. Add sundried tomatoes.

  6. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  7. Serve over pasta or rice.

  8. (To add chicken, brown chicken in pan before adding tomatoes. Remove and re-add to pan when adding pesto and artichokes.)
