An easy and tasy seafood pasta dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Artichoke Shrimp Linguini

12 oz linguine
1 lb jumbo shrimp
8 T butter
14 1/2 oz artichoke hearts
1 cup sliced raw mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Artichoke Shrimp Linguini

Boil linguini per instructions. In the meantime, melt butter in a large pan. Saute shrimp until done. Add mushrooms and drained artichoke hearts to shrimp and saute until done, just a few minutes. Drain linguine and pour shrimp mixture over top. Pairs well with a crisp white wine.
