1 T olive oil
5 oz artichoke hearts
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic
1 lb canned tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Artichoke sauce for pasta

  1. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.

  2. Add artichoke hearts and tomatoes.

  3. Simmer til thicker.

  4. Top on pasta
